Retro Polkadots

Ya know that retro look? Big puffy skirts with crinolines, pedal pushers (I think that is really like what they call capris now), saddle shoes, and polka dots!!!

I've always loved that look - it's just so damn sexy! And polka dots, well ya have to know that just tickles me to no end - fun and whimsical!
